Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives and refine product management processes for some of the most prestigious companies. As a Senior Product Manager with our company, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of strategic digital entertainment products for our customers. This role requires at least three days per week on-site in Culver City (preferred) or the Bay Area (South Bay). It demands a visionary leader adept at navigating the complexities of the entertainment sector while driving product success in a highly competitive market and with high quality, high standards customers.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle for strategic digital entertainment initiatives.
- Drive the ideation, support the technical development, and launch of innovative product features.
- Collaborate with top-tier engineering, design, and other teams toensure seamless execution of product strategies and successful product launches.
- Craft and refine the product management process in close collaboration with the client team to enhance efficiency and product-market fit.
- Develop comprehensive product strategies that align with the client’s vision and market dynamics.
- Engage closely with the client stakeholders to gather in-depth insights and feedback.
- Spearhead the roadmap and vision for key products, ensuring they meet business and user needs.
- Analyze market trends and perform competitive analysis to position the products strategically.
- Advocate for the customer experience, ensuring the product exceeds user expectations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze the product’s performance using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the media and entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to push products from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
