Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure and maintain Dew Software's global network infrastructure in support of business initiatives and technology requirements
- Proactively monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex network issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum network uptime and availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network-related issues
- Perform system and network audits to identify vulnerabilities and corresponding security threats and recommend solutions to mitigate risk
- Ensure compliance with all company and industry-specific network security policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all network-related materials
- Participate in ongoing professional development, keeping up-to-date with emerging network technologies and security trends
Requirements
We are seeking a Network Engineer with the following qualifications:
- Expertise in Ramp;S (routing and switching) and Wireless
- Experience troubleshooting single buildings and single wireless clusters
- Ability to identify and resolve network issues causing drops in real time
- Proficiency with Cisco and Aruba equipment and technologies
