Who we're hiring

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing the overall customer journey and maximizing the lifetime value (LTV) by leveraging a combination of deep customer insights, rigorous experimentation, and technical expertise. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Brand, Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations.

Core responsibilities include ownership of the following:

Optimization:

  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing across channels for revenue growth.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns in paid social, SEM, remarketing, and display.
  • Conduct quarterly test initiatives, exploring new channels for integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution and optimization.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing Ops for reporting across Salesforce, Tableau, and Pardot.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across channels in collaboration with Social Media and Corporate Comms.
  • Optimize website content and paid search copy in collaboration with Product and Brand teams.
  • Conduct keyword research for content teams and continuous optimization.

Budget Management

  • Efficiently allocate and manage budget across performance channels.
  • Regularly evaluate campaign performance against goals, recommending ad spend modifications.

Data amp; Analysis

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the tech stack alongside Marketing Ops.
  • Report on how performance channels contribute to pipeline and related metrics.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA).

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in a performance or digital marketing role at a scale-up preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Self-starter who is passionate about getting things done, moving fast and experimenting
  • Demonstrated ability to iterate and optimize campaigns and campaign elements based on data
  • Demonstrated track record in excellent CRO conversion rate optimization amp; A/B/N testing
  • Strong writing skills; adept at writing narratives and producing content that converts
  • Expertise in audience segmentation amp; persona identification
  • Deep understanding of Pardot, Salesforce and Tableau (or equivalent)
  • Ability to make complex data-driven decisions and balance short amp; long term tradeoff
  • Ability to evaluate conversion-focused copy amp; creative that also aligns to brand voice/positioning
  • A strong track record in growing leads and results through functional innovation and user experience and creating engaging on-site content through cross functional collaboration
  • Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns (social, digital, traditional, content, etc) to drive qualified ICP leads
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering strong results through testing amp; optimization activities.
  • Deep expertise in Digital A/B amp; Site Tracking Capabilities
  • Competent with basic image optimization, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Contentful a plus
