WWC Global is seeking a Junior Analyst to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Service Provider (JSP). The analyst will support JSP by providing expertise and analysis in IT Governance.
Duties and Responsibilities may include:
- Serve as a liaison to our customer for two primary lines of executive-level effort: executive-level administrative support of organization IT governance boards/committees and customer interaction (Customer Forum).
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of meetings of IT Governance boards and committees, and the Customer Forum.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute governance processes in accordance with established policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Manager and schedule all assignments and deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Support preparation, management, and facilitation of routine Governance/Customer Forum activities including: schedule meetings, maintain distribution lists, send/track calendar invites, develop meeting agendas, obtain and quality heck required slide-decks and meeting deliverables, prepare meeting minutes, capture, work and track action items.
- Maintain accuracy and currency of IT Governance and Customer Forum internal and external (customer-facing) SharePoint portals.
- Schedule meeting facilities and conduct necessary logistics functions in support of Board/Committee/Forum meetings.
- Maintain administrative templates for preparing meeting presentations, recording meeting summaries, tracking action items, and SOPs.
- Prepare and submit to the customer weekly reports capturing current activities, completed deliverables, upcoming activities, long-range projects and issues.
- Able to work independently.
This is a temporary position with an anticipated end date of Feb 24, 2024. If funding is extended for this role, employment may continue beyond this date.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience //OR// Associate's Degree and 5 years experience.
- Current, active Secret security clearance.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Strong organization skills.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving.
