About our Company
ProVal Technologies helps Managed IT Service Providers (MSP’s) to offload centralized services functions like tools management, automation, monitoring, backups, security, and other back-office operations. Think of us as the MSP to an MSP! Our mission is to deliver centralized services in a box to MSPs, so they can focus on being their customers’ trusted advisors and leave operational excellence to our team of professionals. Working with over 100 MSP partners, and 100 employees between the US and India, ProVal’s commitment to our partners and to service excellence has helped us continually grow over 15 years in the space. Our company currently has a revenue of just under 5mm, with a goal to get to 10mm in 3 years. Our vision is to create a 100mm Master-MSP
About the role
As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the operational strategy of ProVal Tech. Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. This individual will have a broad base of experience across Managed IT Services, technology outsourcing, professional services, and offshore operations. They will champion process and systems standardization and optimization across a multi-location delivery model. In EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) terms they will be the Integrator for our business.
Location
Central Florida with the ability to commute to our office 2-3 days a week. Can be open to remote for the right candidate.
Compensation
$150 Base + Bonus + Full benefits package (medical and dental) including unlimited PTO. Will also be eligible for any equity-sharing plans that company offers in the future.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a Director of Ops / COO within the technology space.
- Min of 20 years’ experience, ideally most of it in the Managed IT Services / Technology outsourcing space.
- Experience with MSP technology ConnectWise tools, especially around business management
- Experience working with remote (US) and offshore teams.
- Financial acumen and experience creating and managing budgets across company departments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams (both leadership and engineering teams) to achieve strategic objectives.
- Hands-on experience with tools like ConnectWise
- Experience with myIT Process (TruMethods) and Evolve is a plus
- Experience with EOS - strategic thinking/problem solving skills amp; excellent interpersonal communication skills
