Job Summary

We are seeking a Video Coordination amp; Production Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our video production department while also helping create high-quality video content for real estate marketing.

This position will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the video production team in addition to editing video content and working on other video projects as needed. Your role is critical in facilitating the successful execution of video projects, from pre-production to post-production, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for videography, proficiency in video editing software, and a keen eye for detail. This role will support the lead videographer and collaborate with internal teams to create compelling videos that showcase properties amp; realtors to drive engagement.

You will also accompany our lead videographer on listing and agent branding video shoots. If you do not have it, you will need to get your FAA Part 107 drone license as there will be opportunities to shoot content as the position grows.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination amp; Administrative Support:

  • Assist in project planning and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain department files, documents, and records.
  • Complete end-of-service checklist, including processing billing, final file delivery, and updating department reports.
  • Updating internal processes as needed.

Quality Control:

  • Review videos for errors, glitches, or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure content adheres to IDFPR Regulations, Fair Housing, and Baird amp; Warner brand guidelines.
  • Proofread captions, titles, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Post-Production:

  • Organize and manage video files, maintaining an organized library.
  • Backup and archive video footage for future use.
  • Export videos in various formats for different platforms and screen sizes.

Video Editing/Videography:

  • Edit raw video footage to create polished and engaging real estate videos.
  • Capture professional video footage of residential and commercial properties and branded marketing content.
  • Incorporate transitions, music, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance the video content.
  • Follow creative direction and shot lists to capture property amp; community/neighborhood features effectively.

Requirements

  • Some experience in shooting and editing video in a professional setting
  • Part 107 drone license needed (not required to be considered but willing to get it)
  • Proficiency in video amp; photo editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Photoshop).
  • Basic knowledge of videography equipment and techniques.
  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • Familiarity with real estate videography trends and best practices (preferred but not required).
