Basis Partners' Bridge Inspection Practice Team is growing! We have a great opportunity for an experienced Bridge Inspector Team Lead to help build and grow this division of our company while joining an already very strong, motivated, and capable team.
POSITION SUMMARY: Basis Partners’ Bridge Inspector Team Lead is an experienced bridge inspector who leads the field services on our bridge inspection projects. This can range from just leading one team (Bridge Inspection Team Lead + Bridge Inspector) to organizing and leading several teams simultaneously.
The Bridge Inspector Team Lead’s success depends on their ability to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate at a very high level while having the appropriate level of knowledge to:
· Provide technical guidance and direction to Bridge Inspectors.
· Ensure quality of client deliverables.
· Proactively identify challenges and potential solutions.
By modeling our values and helping our team deliver great service, the Team Lead will also assist in growing our reputation and market share which will open our team to other opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements
Required: NHI Bridge Inspection Certification
Preferred: B.S. Civil Engineering degree
Preferred: P.E. licensure (or ability to obtain one in the future)
