Job Description

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading brand in the action sports industry. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for tracking orders, managing returns, and fielding questions from customers. This role will communicate with customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have some customer service experience and experience using NetSuite, Zendesk, and Shopify.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Fundamental objectives include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Serves as the first point of contact with customers.
  • Receives and handles incoming phone calls, live chats, and email correspondence.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Processes orders routinely, from product fulfillment to order tracking, including the management of backorders and partial shipments.
  • Keeps accurate and up-to-date notes of order statuses to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Tracks order fulfillment and shipments.
  • Works with Ecom team to identify new or missing products to add to website, as well as obsolete, transitioning, or discontinued products to remove.
  • Communicate customer feedback to technical and marketing teams in order to develop processes for better serving customers.

  • Solid computer and working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or Generation education degree (GED) required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required.
  • NetSuite preferred.
  • Shopify preferred.
  • Zendesk preferred.

Travel Required: None

Physical Demands:

  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds, unassisted

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.
