Key Responsibilities

• Creating Email Sequences:
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using ConvertKit.
• Craft engaging and effective email sequences to nurture leads and engage with our audience.
• Creating Pop-ups:
• Design and implement website pop-ups to capture leads and enhance user engagement.
• Ad Hoc Tasks and Projects:
• Be ready to jump in and assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in ConvertKit is a must.
• Knowledge of WordPress is a nice to have.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and design.
• Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information.
• Intuitively organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Deadline-oriented to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
• Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Available to work 20 hours per week with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
• Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zone.
