Job Overview: As the Customer Success Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our customer success team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes, systems, and strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational excellence within the customer success department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify, evaluate, and optimize customer success processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements in customer success operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, and accounting to ensure alignment and collaboration in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Technology Integration: Implement and manage customer success tools and systems to support the team's daily operations and enhance customer interactions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for customer success team members to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer success operations, providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Hubspot is a MUST.
  • Prior experience with Customer Success Platforms such as Churn Zero is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer success operations, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience with customer success tools and technologies.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
