Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Therapist Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, passionate about mental health, and experienced in providing supervision to practicum students. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our emerging therapists while also contributing to the delivery of psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or in their Master’s program
Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapy
Requirements
The Ideal Therapist has:
A Master’s Degree
A Valid State license: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT
Professional liability insurance
Two years experience
