Requirements
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs.
Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.
Utilize teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients.
Offer crisis intervention services as required.
Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with mental health best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications
• A Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required
• Licensure as a mental health therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent) is required
• Experience in providing individual, couples, and family therapy, and demonstrated expertise in various psychotherapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and create a safe, non-judgmental space for them
