We are seeking a Client Success Program Manager on the Client Success Management team.

Client Success Program Manager Summary

The ClassWallet Client Success Team has laser-focused vision to deliver Federal, State and Local government agency technology solutions and services to help administrators manage funding programs efficiently and ensure that funds are used for their intended purpose. Building trusted relationships and meeting the needs of varying-complexity government contracts is paramount to all activities conducted by the high-performing Client Success Management Team.

The Client Success Program Manager’s primary initiatives are to build relationships with our valued customers and use project management principles, tools and processes to coordinate the delivery, adherence and success of their programs. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Client Success.

Requirements

  • Develops and fosters positive and professional working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; demonstrating a customer-centric focus and sense of urgency for both the company and customer success!
  • Utilize project management skills, aligned to Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies, to successfully support prospective and/or contracted products and services to Federal, State and Local agencies. Primarily:
    • Identify and maximize automation and tools to processes.
    • Engage all company stakeholders to understand and support needs associated with emerging opportunities and/or newly added customer programs.
    • Adhere to procedures from the point of prospective opportunity, securing contract, introducing the operational implementation pathway and continue to ensure all contractual delivery and satisfaction metrics are achieved.
  • Perform the following successfully for contract procurement and maintenance:
    • Copious documentation using respective technologies and procedures used by ClassWallet.
    • Scope analysis/Information Gathering (as needed)
    • Risk management
    • Define and document customer and contractual requirements (via project management plan and/or other company tools)
    • Establish timelines and tasks (scheduling)
    • Identify, engage and anticipate needs of key stakeholders associated with the sales and contract process.
  • Provide superb written and verbal communication, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organization ability.
  • Support the Client Success team with strategic department initiatives (as needed.)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing customer-facing exceptional service and building relationships with customers; preferably with government and/or complex-contract entities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven project and contract management practices.
  • Experience supporting business development, like government bids (RFI/RFQ/RFP) or like kind contracts is preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate articulately and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
  • Minimum of Associates Degree or equivalent education.
  • Agile with various technologies like: Google Suite, Salesforce and other business software.
  • Interest, pursuit or award of Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
