Role Summary:
As our IT Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll partner with our IT Manager to help us accomplish our ambitious goals by implementing and maintaining dependable technology support to the Iontra team. You’ll be leading company-wide IT deployments that will have a significant impact on the technology that is used on a day-to-day basis. You will use your technical knowledge and specialized skills to support, build, implement, and improve technology solutions. This is a full-time role located in our Centennial, CO office in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and maintaining an AWS, Azure and On-Prem stable/reliable cloud-based network and system infrastructure including monitoring and system performance
- Responsible for expanding our Cisco Meraki infrastructure and application integrations across tier 1 platforms and locations
- Responsible for security patching, firmware updates, updating deployment images, and management of SSO integrations with Azure AD
- Partner with IT Manager on initiatives as well as research, design and implement companywide IT projects
- Assist with Level II and Level III ticket queue, user administration, security, hardware management and any other IT related items
- Troubleshoot system functional and operational issues and coordinates with internal teams for support
- Implement proactive and preventative systems and networking measures to ensure reliable and efficient system availability
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to achieve quality of service for IT operations
- Monitor and test network and application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and implement those fixes
- Serve as user escalation point and assists cross-functional teams (DevOps, Software Dev) to drive problem solving in root cause analysis
Requirements
You’ll Need These Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems/networking, or similar field
- 8 years of well-rounded agnostic IT experience
- Experience with PaaS solutions like Azure and AWS
- Experience with MDM Platforms (MS Intune, Kandji, or others)
- Cloud driven IdP, SSO, Provisioning, RBAC’s, Workflow rules and automation across SaaS platforms
- General networking knowledge across various hardware vendors (Client VPN’s, S2S VPN’s, Routing Protocols, VLANs)
- Experience with mission-critical IT services and applications in an enterprise environment
- In-depth knowledge of IT architecture, connectivity, and security
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with battery technology
- ITIL V3+ Foundation certification
- Other industry specific certifications: AWS Pro, CCNA, or CCSP

Salary Range: $125k-$135k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).
