Field Registered Nurse (PRN) (Winter Garden/Universal/Kirkman)

Parx Home Care (formerly known as Firstat Nursing Services) is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our team. As a Field RN, you will provide high-quality and personalized care to patients in the Winter Garden, Universal, and Kirkman areas. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of your patients by delivering exceptional care in the comfort of their own homes.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress, including vital signs and symptoms
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and manage patient care
• Provide patient and family education and support
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
• Flexibility to work PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
