Firstat Nursing Services an affiliate of ParxHome Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work closely with our team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and other medical care as prescribed by a physician
- Monitor patient health status and document any changes in condition
- Use clinical judgment to provide effective care to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Florida
- At least 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
- Familiarity with EMR systems
