Customer Support Representatives will provide inbound support to both clients and candidates. This is a dual role focusing on our Bloomin Brands customer, and acting as a first point of contact for candidates. You will focus on resolving customer issues and completing phone screens with candidates across the US for roles at OneTouch.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide inbound support handling Bloomin’ Brands customers and inbound Recruitment calls
• Qualifying candidates for next steps and scheduling for interviews as appropriate
• Provide support for customers calling in regarding their issues and questions for Bloomin’ Brands
• Data entry and data look up as needed
• Consistently provide a great customer and candidate experience

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to work efficiently in a high multi-tasking environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Microsoft Office and Google suite product experience
• Must be able to type a minimum of 25 wpm

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of related experience
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Must have a clear background to qualify
