Job Description
The Process Engineering Manager at Cuberg is responsible for leading and managing the process engineering team in the development and improvement of lithium-ion battery production processes. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in battery manufacturing or related industry
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role is required
- In-depth knowledge of battery production processes and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in driving process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in battery manufacturing
