Wholesale Operations Coordinator

The Wholesale Operations Coordinator provides operational support for one or more Key Wholesale account(s). This position acts as primary communication amp; operations liaison between Customer, Sales, Planning, Distribution Center amp; Transportation, working with the Senior Manager of Customer Care to achieve sales goals amp; maximize account profitability for assigned account(s). The Coordinator provides effective customer service support and order coordination from forecast to confirmed shipping. They will be the primary Wholesale Operations team liaison amp; support initiatives as needed with their accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage life cycle of sales orders from forecast to fulfillment (OTS, EDI, order entry amp; booking, etc). Create, maintain and generate seasonal allocation promotions, coordinating with Sales and Marketing as needed.
• Manage operational relationship between tarte amp; wholesale account(s)
• Analyze business needs and strategize cross functionally with supply chain leaders and channel planning partners
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly updates regarding order status to Sales, Customer and Management
• Ensure account contractual obligations are met through problem solving and analytical skills. Trouble shoot orders are appropriate
• Provide product information and availability on customer by customer basis
• Research and resolve claims, returns, and chargebacks in timely manner by working with appropriate departments

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of account or operations management, Ulta experience is a plus
• Completed Bachelor's Degree
• ERP system experience preferably Navision
• Ability to analyze data and make determinations to proactively identify business opportunities
• Ability to multitask
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer Service
