• Title: AI Developer
• Salary: $100K to $140K
• Requirements: 2+ years exp in AI application for tech solutions
• Location: 100% remote

Our client, an innovative SaaS startup, is seeking an AI Developer to join their team. The person in this role will oversee and guide proccesses/Ramp;D for the company's AI strategy. They will lead cross-functional teams in identifying key areas for AI-driven business benefit, as well as analyze/communicate AI and machine learning solutions while upholding high ethical standards.

You’ll be joining a company whose mission is to create infrastructure for creators, utilizing blockchain technology in a diverse, global environment!

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic counsel to C-suite executives and business leaders, offering expert insights on a diverse spectrum of technology, strategy, and policy matters related to AI
• Collaborate with an advanced engineering team + executive leadership to engage in functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and the establishment of support procedures
• Effectively communicate and document solutions architecture, distilling key insights and lessons learned from each exploration and accelerated incubation
• Lead a team dedicated to assessing the AI and automation market, diligently analyzing the competitive landscape, and providing actionable recommendations to stay ahead in the industry
• Act as a crucial liaison between stakeholders and project teams, facilitating a seamless exchange of feedback and enabling agile adjustments in product performance or presentation

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive tech solutions
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS is preferred)
• Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP
• Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
