Director, Revenue Acceleration (Fintech/Payments)

Job Description
NMI is looking for a Director of Revenue Acceleration. In this role you will use your expertise to manage and provide strategic direction to the Revenue function in support of our broader Go To Market team. If you are passionate about finding sources of value, crafting win-win solutions and helping to build a world class sales organization, this role is for you.
In this highly collaborative role, you’ll be working with various leaders to:
- Collaborate with our sales and cross functional leadership at an executive level to develop and execute pricing strategies that optimize business outcomes
- Work with sales leadership amp; cross-functional teams to model potential scenarios and use experiential and data-driven insights to recommend the right choice for NMI
- Ensure teams are utilizing best practice negotiation tactics as part of the sales process.
- Plan for future states of product and company structures so the pricing playbook is ready when the business requires it
- Advise on improving contract, financial and operational structures where appropriate
- Program manage initiatives to completion
Requirements
- Experience in designing executing sophisticated commercial pricing playbooks in complex software businesses
- A growth mindset and strong people development skills
- Highly collaborative and inclusive leadership style
- The ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization
- MBA or equivalent credentials
- 10+ years of relevant experience
