Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Account Executive to help grow our clients business. You will be responsible for managing leads and developing relationships with current and potential clients. To be successful in this role you must be comfortable with cold-calling and be a great storyteller!

Requirements

About You:

  • You are comfortable with a $72,500 - $80,000 salary range
  • You are willing to work in the NYC Flatiron office
  • You have 3+ years of in-office product sales experience (Software, SaaS, B2B, Cloud-based services, etc.)
  • Eager to understand the intricacies of our products and the professionals who engage with them
  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability for personal and team performance
  • Results-driven with a relentless focus on achieving sales outcomes
  • Proven ability to close deals within the expected sales cycle
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks when necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and can spot and fix errors
  • Highly organized with a commitment to ensuring no details fall through the cracks
  • Efficient and thoughtful worker, capable of suggesting improvements for enhanced productivity
  • Proficient in Salesforce with the ability to leverage its functionalities effectively
  • A skilled and articulate storyteller



What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and expand the sales pipeline without reliance on leads from Marketing
  • Proactively contact, prospect, and develop new business accounts through strategic cold calling
  • Regularly communicate progress with sales management
  • Close deals within the expected sales cycle, demonstrating negotiation and closure skills
  • Develop and cultivate a defined territory for strategic sales growth
  • Provide accurate and consistent pipeline forecasting
  • Conduct product demonstrations via virtual platforms for clients
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships to become a trusted advisor
  • Represent the company at relevant trade shows and conferences
