Program Manager: $19.50- $24.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:

  • Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
  • Develop and coach a team who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, engaging environment
  • Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience
  • Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!)
  • Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and program paperwork

Requirements

THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

  • High school diploma or GED completed
  • Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children
  • Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community
  • Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
  • a high school diploma or GED and four (4) years of experience with a group program for school-age children

OR

  • a certificate as a Recreation Technician from the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) and two (2) years of experience with a group program for school-age children

OR

  • a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate; or Group Teacher Approval; or 15 college credits in child development, education, recreation, psychology, health care, nursing or any other field related to child growth and development; and 2 years of experience with a group program for school-age children

OR

  • fifteen (15) college credits in areas not related to children and 3 years of experience with a group program for school-age children

OR

  • an Associate’s degree in any field and 2 years of experience with a group program for school-age children

OR

  • a Bachelor’s degree in a child related field or Office of Licensing Head Teacher Approval and one (1) year of experience with a group program for school-age children

OR

  • a certificate as a Recreation Administrator, Recreation Supervisor, or a Recreation Professional and 1 year of experience with a group program for school-age children

OR

  • a Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field and one (1) year of experience with a group program for school-age children.
