Art Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Help Art Director to keep track of artist timelines, schedules, and task burndown. Report to Director daily.
• Work with Producers and Art Director to make sure that we are on target to meet milestone deadlines.
• Create Jira tickets based on asset lists in Excel. These will need to adhere to templates and naming conventions set by Art Director.
• Assist with managing remote and contract artist. This includes scheduling, asset collection and artist setup.
• Undertake various tasks as assigned.
• Provide support to other art team members as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in a Game Development environment.

• Strong proficiency with Excel and Jira.

• Familiarity with game development workflows relating to art pipelines.

• Willingness to learn about the day-to-day operations of several art disciplines, including environment, character, animation, VFX, UX.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Excellent problem-solving capability, including the ability to think creatively as well as adapt and learn proprietary technologies and programs.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Passion for video games and entertainment industry trends.

• Experience working with 3ds Max, Photoshop, and library software like Alienbrain as well as SVN is a plus.
