Job Description
Overview: In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team's efforts to attract and hire top talent for Wider Circle. You'll be responsible for proactive sourcing, building diverse and impactful candidate pipelines, and identifying innovative channels to expand our reach.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing:
- Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions across various departments such as operations, product, IT, and CFL.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques, professional networking platforms, and social media to source diverse talent pools.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to target niche talent segments, such as organizing efforts in marginalized communities and healthcare education.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent communities. Utilize social media, posting jobs and messaging consistent with branding.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Engage with potential candidates through various channels, including phone calls, email, and social media.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top candidates for interview consideration.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Pipeline Building:
- Create and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Schedule Initial Interviews With Recruiters
- Develop and implement sourcing metrics and reports to track progress and effectiveness.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process serving as a liaison.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment technologies.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports
- Maintain documentation, background checks, and drug screen scheduling and results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Experience with GoogleSuite
- Proactive, resourceful, and a creative problem-solver.
- Proven experience being successfully working in a remote environment
