The salary for this role is $90,000-$100,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, Manage, amp; Hold Accountable the Project Management amp; Website Teams at SMB Team.
- Work with other departments in the Agency to ensure smooth processes for onboarding, ticketing, offboarding, approvals, credential collection, amp; website builds.
- Hold website vendors amp; freelancers accountable.
- Work with our technical team and website vendors to ensure a high level technical website performance.
- Create policy amp; standards around websites including technical features, design, and what we will amp; won’t allow on websites.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a supervisory role overseeing a website team.
- Experience managing Wordpress Developers at a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience managing Project Managers at a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Keen mind for conceptualizing and improving process across multiple departments as well as outsourced talent.
- Strong technical background and understanding of website environments and reading code.
- Adept at learning new platforms when needed (different themes and builders within Wordpress).
- Team leader who enjoys building teammates up to be their best.
