Work Schedule:
Your schedule will typically consist of 12-hour shifts, totaling approximately 36 to 40 hours per week. This rotating schedule ensures 24/7 coverage and provides you with a rewarding career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
Provide patient and family education on disease management, medication adherence, and post-discharge care.
Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare practices and regulations.
Requirements:
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Active state nursing license.
Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
Must speak SPANISH
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
