Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will work across the product management process to bring to life both current and future products, services, and experiences. You will use your broad expertise to connect with teams across the company, build opportunities to engage customers, and put in place processes to align and execute on Product vision.
Location
This is a hybrid role 3 days a week in our New York City office.
Responsibilities- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy in line with the company's goals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of four product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product plans and addressing concerns.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Product Development and Execution: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, user feedback, and market data to inform product decisions and priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Influence and Negotiation: Employ strong influence and negotiation skills to align diverse teams and stakeholders around common goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of PM experience in SaaS, fintech, or proptech industry with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience leading Senior Product Managers/Product Managers
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a track record of data-driven decision making.
- Experience creating Product strategy and roadmaps
- Experience leading feature and business planning, and launch of new products
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in team building and mentoring.
- High EQ, adept at managing relationships, conflicts, and navigating organizational dynamics.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.

Base Salary
The base salary range is between $200,000 - $230,000 annually.
Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
