As an Email Marketing Specialist, the purpose is to propel their marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on crafting impactful email campaigns. Your role involves designing, executing, and refining email marketing strategies that harmonise with the brand's overarching vision. The outcomes of your efforts will wield substantial influence on customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth by proficiently implementing upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing customer lifetime value (LTV).
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
Address and resolve any issues related to email marketing.
Elevate brand awareness and maintain consistency across all email communications.
Analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.
Implement strategies for customer segmentation, personalisation, upselling, and cross-selling.
Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
Working Hours : Full-time with flexible hours, but the ability to coordinate with team members across different time zones when necessary is essential.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
Proven expertise in email marketing, specifically with Klaviyo.
A solid grasp of branding principles and their effective application in email marketing.
