This role assists in the daily amp; ongoing financial operations of the property under the direction of the Property Manager. This includes the financial performance of the property; by maintaining revenues amp; expenses, in accordance with the budget. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
