Head of Product Marketing

EDH is looking for a full stack Product Marketing Leader to establish and scale this critical function. This highly visible and strategic function is responsible for accelerating our revenue growth by developing a differentiated B2B go-to-market strategy and supporting our external-facing teams, including sales, consultant relations, partnerships, client success, product and clinical network. You’ll work closely with leaders across these functions to develop ICPs, messaging frameworks and create effective collateral. This team will help unlock new avenues for growth by evolving our pricing, positioning and value stories.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and lead a team of product marketers with the goal of accelerating revenue growth through increased win rates and reduced cycle times
  • Partner with commercial leaders to develop ideal customer profiles and personas for key stakeholders
  • Develop a differentiated go-to-market strategy for target buyers + influencers, including evolving our value stories and positioning
  • Design and manage programs to capture voice of the market/buyer, such as market research, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis
  • Create messaging frameworks for target stakeholders that build off corporate narrative
  • Develop internal feedback loops to influence product roadmap based on market trends, client amp; member feedback
  • Partner with the product team to define clear MVPs based on market feedback and develop compelling launch plans that drive adoption, including pricing and packaging
  • Partner with sales enablement to develop/improve a training program that provides continuous reinforcement for brand and product messaging, objective handling, competitive positioning, etc.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working in B2B commercial growth roles in healthcare, including at least 3 years working in or leading the product marketing function.
  • Experience managing people with a track record of building high performing teams and developing teammates’ capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of US healthcare, preferably including the employer health space
  • Track record of implementing process design and tools to enable scale
  • History of successful cross-functional collaboration to get what’s needed from other teams while also delivering against their expectations and building bridges in the process.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities, across a wide range of formats (e.g., narrative, slide decks, visual)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • A deep, genuine curiosity for the business and how it works and a passion for healthcare.
