We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and implement treatment plans and order diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and other therapies as needed
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare practices and regulations
Requirements:
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Active state nursing license
Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
