Schedule:Full Time - 32 hours/week
Location: Golden Valley is primary site but must be able to travel to St. Paul location when needed.
What you will be doing:
Customer Service Assist clients in a positive and professional manner. Communicate with clients in person and via phone and email. Prepare and ensure proper paperwork and consent forms are completed prior to services and provide discharge paperwork and after-care instructions after appointments.
Process Obtain, record, and communicate complete and accurate pet health information. Coordinate clinic and wellness schedules. Provide accurate and efficient preparation and processing of client and patient paperwork. Communicate customer concerns, maintenance, or supply needs to direct supervisor. Make reminder, follow-up, and no-show calls for surgical patients.
Support Assist veterinary staff with intake and discharge. Ensure the lobby is kept organized and clean.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
Schedule Regular, predictable attendance, punctuality, and availability to work during operational hours as defined by leadership with the expectation to work varied hours including weekend shifts.
Experience Customer service experience preferred.
Computer Skills Proficient with computers, specifically, a working knowledge of Microsoft products.
Adaptability Ability to work in a professional and positive manner with high attention to detail in a variety of situations and the willingness to assist.
Communication Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, must have ability to work as a team member and partner collaboratively with external and internal customers and departments.
Physical amp; Emotional Capabilities Must be able to handle the physical and emotional aspect of work in a clinic and animal shelter environment, including the use of euthanasia. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
