We are seeking a Copywriter/Content Strategist and Planner to join our diverse tribe of creatives, brand strategists, technologists, problem-solvers, colorists, listeners, coaches, farmers, and musicians.
The Copywriter/Content Strategist and Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies for clients across various industries. This includes conducting research, identifying content opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and distribute high-quality content.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, business objectives, and target audience
- Author, distribute and produce content across multiple platforms
- Conduct content audits to identify content gaps and opportunities
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with client goals
- Create content plans, editorial calendars, and guidelines for content creation
- Research and contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant content
- Collaborate with team members to produce and distribute content across various platforms
- Monitor and analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content strategy and digital marketing
While this is a fully remote role, we are building a team in Cleveland. You must live within a reasonable driving distance of Cleveland for occasional meetings.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in content strategy
- Strong understanding of content strategy principles and best practices
- Experience in conducting content audits and developing content strategies
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in content management systems and related tools
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
