As a Program Manager at Reveal Health Tech, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex healthcare technology projects for our clients in the US healthcare sector. Requirements

• Lead and manage healthcare technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and senior management.

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in the US healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare technology projects.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare system, regulations, and industry trends.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Exposure to working in cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
