Java Developer experienced with the
Atlassian Suite.In this role, you will set up and manage the on-premises Atlassian tool suite for various federal customers.
This position will require 100% onsite work in Washington, DC for at least the first 60 days; 50% remote work may be available after this timeframe based on performance and client needs.Skills Required
- Five years' experience running on-premises deployments of Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated experience with Linux/Tomcat, Agile framework, and the Atlassian Suite is required
- Solid understanding of Jira, Jira Service Management (Jira Service Desk), Confluence, and Bitbucket internals and architecture
- Three years' experience handling production PostgreSQL databases
- Three years Java, JavaScript, and Python experience
- Three years' experience running production Linux environments
- Software engineering experience in a production environment involving code reviews
- Experience developing for Atlassian platforms using Atlassian and other 3rd party REST API's
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience in AWS tools such as Cloud Formation, RDS, EFS and data backups
- Additional experience with script writing and development desirable
Responsibilities
- You'll work as part of a high-energy team delivering creative solutions and improvements of the Atlassian tools stack
- You'll be developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions supporting our Jira and Confluence installations and their integrations with non Atlassian applications
Essentials
- Clearance: Active Top-Secret Clearance is required
- Onsite: Must be able to work in Washington, DC 5 days per week
