Job Description

CancerIQ is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in our mission to eradicate cancer through genetic insights. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative healthcare technology solutions to hospitals and health systems, with a focus on expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets. This role involves strategic prospecting, presenting our value proposition to key decision-makers, and managing the sales cycle from discovery to close.

The Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and target key accounts within the healthcare sector, particularly those specializing in oncology and genetic services.

Prospect Engagement: Conduct engaging and informative presentations and demonstrations of CancerIQ solutions to healthcare professionals, articulating the value and impact of our technology in the fight against cancer.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, industry influencers, and decision-makers to build a robust pipeline and close deals.

Pricing Proposals and Negotiations: Crafting customized pricing proposals that meet the unique needs of each client while maintaining company profitability. Engaging in negotiations to close deals effectively.

Conveying ROI: Clearly communicating the return on investment to potential customers, using data and case studies to illustrate how CancerIQ's solutions can enhance patient care and improve operational efficiencies.

Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company-wide goals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

· Working closely with our BDR team to strategize and prospect within your sales territory.

· Diligently recording all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline developments in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and strategic follow-ups.

Requirements

· Aligned and committed to CancerIQ’s mission to help healthcare providers use genetic information to predict, preempt, and prevent cancer across diverse populations.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the healthcare or technology sectors.

· Strong familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.

· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

· A passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to CancerIQ’s mission of using genetic information to combat cancer.
