This role will be responsible for providing the highest levels of talent business affairs support and service. Provide expert advice and consultation to clients including but not limited to collective bargaining agreements, contract negotiations, budget and strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client and business-to-client relationships to ensure satisfaction by providing superior customer service and support
- Acting on behalf of clients, work with various parties to obtain talent rights for use in commercials
- Work with clients to resolve issues and claims with SAG-AFTRA
- Stay up to date on collective bargaining agreements and contract issues related to the industry
- Prepare talent estimates as requested by Client, for both session and residuals
- Provide advice and counsel for talent related questions and SAG-AFTRA interpretation
- Work closely with talent payroll to insure performers are paid correctly
- Assist internal audit team with reports and document information
- Provide client training as needed eg. Talent 101
- Provide input into strategy for existing products and development of new products
- May facilitate talent, celebrity and music rights negotiations, renewals and re-negotiations on behalf of clients
- May process talent payments and resolve payment issues as they arise
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

*Pursuant to New York City's Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $61,000-80,000; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with commercial agreements and contract negotiation
- Prior experience working with advertising agencies strongly preferred
- Expert experience interpreting collective bargaining agreements
- Experience managing client accounts and business-to-client relationships
- Attention to detail, accuracy and a proactive nature
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain focused
- Experience with computers and navigating various programs simultaneously
- Proficiency with Excel; advanced proficiency preferred
