Schedule:
This is a full-timeand part timeposition with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, ensuring effective meeting of our client's needs.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
·Execute thorough assessments and screenings to assess clients' mental health difficulties and determine the treatment needed.
·Develop tailored therapy programs to address each client's specific issues and goals.
·Assist in the facilitation of evidence-based individual and group treatment sessions.
·Work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide comprehensive care.
·Educate and assist clients' families as they go through the healing process.
·Keep accurate and confidential records while following regulatory and ethical requirements.
Qualifications:
·Must hold a current and legitimate state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
·Master's degreein Marriage and Family Therapy
·Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while building a secure and trusting therapeutic connection with clients.
·Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
·Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required to ensure effective workload management and administrative chores.
