The Director of Product Management is a senior leadership role that oversees the development and management of a CliniComp’s inpatient product portfolio. They will lead product strategy, define product roadmaps, and deliver successful product launches. They will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our inpatient products, ensuring their alignment with market needs and customer expectations. The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to identify unsolved problems and bring new solutions into the product line.

Job Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our inpatient product line, including defining the product roadmap, identifying market opportunities, and conducting competitive analysis.
- Product Development and Management: Lead a cross-functional team in the design, development, and launch of new inpatient products, ensuring they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the inpatient healthcare space. Use this information to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for product enhancements and improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment on product goals, timelines, and strategies.
- Product Performance and Optimization: Monitor the performance of inpatient products in the market, tracking key metrics such as sales, customer satisfaction, and product utilization. Use this data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the inpatient product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- 10% travel to tradeshows and client visits

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in Product Management and or Healthcare IT.
- 5 years of clinical background, RN preferred or other clinical degree.
- Proven experience in product management within the healthcare or medical technology industry, specifically in inpatient care.
- Strong understanding of inpatient healthcare workflows, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and product roadmap planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive projects to successful completion.
Benefits
The base salary range for this full-time position is $234,000 to $254,000.
CliniComp's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, location and relevant education or training.
