As an In Home Furniture Sales Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, provide expert product knowledge and recommendations, and assist in selecting and purchasing Vesta Home furnishings. You will create tailored design solutions that meet each client's unique style and functional requirements, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to clients
- Assist clients in selecting and purchasing Vesta Home furnishings
- Create tailored design solutions that meet clients' unique style and functional requirements
- Build strong client relationships and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the design and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of purchased furnishings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product offerings, and competitor analysis
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of interior design principles and furniture styles
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
