Job Description

Go Maverick Group has a client who is looking for a Digital User Experience Designer. This person will work with business leads, marketing, product management, outside agencies, research, field associates and customers to design innovative, industry leading digital products and integrated customer experiences across all channels.

You will support the Manager of User Experience, the UX team and partner with internal and external design teams to support the UX process including concepting, research, functional design, wireframing, customer behavioral analysis, UI development, prototyping, implementation, and usability testing.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

• Create deliverables such as user flows, functional design, wireframes, prototypes, and comps that address business and customer needs.

• Combine user experience thinking with design execution to produce usable and intuitive user experiences.

• Partner with the Manager of User Experience to design best-in-class experiences supported by UX research, design and usability principals across all digital properties.

• Collaborate with the design team to evolve and refine the design system, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints.

• Work with stakeholders, business leads, and product management to meet business goals while transforming the end-to-end consumer journey over time.

• Partner with external agency partners to ensure best in class experiences are developed and delivered across all products, digital properties, and touchpoints.

• Leverage research and testing results to shape decisions and measure the effectiveness of purposed solutions.

• Reframe product and project requests to address user centered challenges and focus on providing solutions.

• Stay current on competitor and premium brand experiences, industry trends and best practices.

• Ensure responsive design practices are part of the experience solutioning process for both web and mobile applications.

• Apply user-centered design approaches and methodologies when developing solutions for all digital properties and touchpoints.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design/Human-Computer Interaction or related field or equivalent experience.

• 3-5+ years of experience as a UX professional.

• Understanding of user-centered design fundamentals, interaction design principles and user research techniques.

• Understanding of responsive web design concepts and mobile applications.

• Understanding of standard expected interfaces and basic user behaviors.

• Familiarity with user-centered design approach and methodology.

• Proficient in working with Design Systems

• Experience conceiving and documenting solutions through user flows, wireframes, personas, journey mapping and prototypes.

• Confident working with diverse groups of stakeholders to lead them through design proposals and gain alignment on an experience journey.

• Comfortable with a fast-paced and fluid environment.

• Proficient in industry tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AEM, Sketch, Invision or Axure
