Job Description
Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs, FNPs, AGNPs) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Nevada to work direct care in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Service areas incorporate: Henderson, Las Vegas
Responsibilities:
- Provide face to face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Assess patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
- Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
- Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments.
- Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
Job Types: Full time or Part-time available, W2 Billable Hourly (1099 Independent Contractor available).
Requirements
- Licensed in Nevada by the Board of Nursing in good standing as a PMHNP, FNP, AGACNP or similar licensure?
- Licensed by the Nevada Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances.
- Possession of a Nevada State DEA.
- Malpractice Insurance.
- 1 year within psych setting.
- 1 year of experience within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Facilities.
- 1 year Geri Psych experience.
Skills: - Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I, a plus).
- Excellent written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.
- Fluency in Spanish is a PLUS!

Pay:
- $54.00 to $77.00 per Billable Hour, W2 and Independent Contractor options available.
- Compensation determined based on pay model preferred, experience, and licensure.
