Job Position: Product Manager
Location: Waltham, Boston, Massachusetts
Starting Salary: $52,500

What makes a great Grayce Product Manager?
3.3/4 GPA or higher: A Scientific or Medical focused pathway would be beneficial, but we're totally open to graduates from all subjects.

Effective communication: Communication is key in change and transformation. We value those who can express themselves clearly, whether it's chatting with the team, updating stakeholders, or putting thoughts on paper. Being precise and persuasive with your words is one of your greatest tools.
Excellent organizational and planning skills: Time management, task prioritization, and structured working are your bread and butter. You'll be the project-focused expert who keeps timelines and resources in check, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Proactivity and Creativity: Creativity is essential for driving innovation. Product managers need to come up with new ideas and solutions to meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition. Creativity enables them to think outside the box and develop novel features, products, and strategies.
