Parallel Employment Group is currently seeking a Mixer to join our team. As a Mixer, you will be responsible for blending and mixing ingredients according to specified formulas to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately based on recipe formula
• Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients and create product batches
• Monitor mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of products
• Adjust mixing time and speed as needed
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product meets specifications
• Clean and maintain mixing equipment and work area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Mixer or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of mixing techniques and equipment
• Ability to accurately measure ingredients and follow formulas
• Attention to detail and strong quality orientation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
