Position Overview
As a Junior Data Analyst at EasyKnock, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights that support business objectives. This role requires a strong foundation in SQL, technical analysis, and data visualization, as well as excellent communication and critical thinking skills to effectively convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize SQL to extract, clean, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present data-driven insights, for both user-friendly automated reports and ad hoc data-related requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions (Marketing, Sales, Product, Underwriting, Customer Management)
- Assist with tracking of KPIs and business metrics, integration of new data sources, and documentation when the need arises
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to perform full analysis using functions amp; visualizations (VLOOKUP, nested IF statements, statistical functions, pivot tables and charts)
- Data visualization amp; storytelling experience utilizing BI tech (Tableau, Looker, etc)
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or other related to Business Intelligence and Analytics)

Nice to have:
- Experience working in large data environments (Redshift, Postgres, Snowflake) and in current CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)
- 1-2Y analytical experience in one or more of the following fields of analysis:
- Marketing (targeting, conversion, attribution, CAC)
- A/B Testing experience
- Sales (capacity, quotas, contact optimization)
- Product (engagement, usage, session amp; user metrics)
- Underwriting (property amp; personal risk assessment, lifetime value)
- Customer Management (delinquency tracking, customer interactions, collections/recoveries)

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and geographic location. Range: $57,000 - $70,000
