As a Street Team Promoter, you'll play a key role in spreading the word about our exciting children's soccer programs. Engage with families, distribute promotional materials, and create a fun and memorable experience that encourages participation and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Event Presence:
- Represent Soccer Stars at local community events, fairs, sports tournaments, and other relevant gatherings.
- Set up and maintain an inviting booth or area that showcases our brand, programs, and merchandise.
- Engagement:
- Approach families and attendees in a friendly and approachable manner, initiating conversations about our available programs.
- Share the benefits, features, and unique selling points of our soccer programs with enthusiasm.
- Marketing Materials:
- Printing, counting, distributing flyers
- Hand out brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to event attendees, ensuring they have all the information they need to learn about our programs.
- Collect contact information from interested families for follow-up.
- Brand Knowledge:
- Acquire a strong understanding of Soccer Star's mission, values, programs, and unique selling points to effectively communicate them to event attendees.
- Feedback Collection:
- Listen to inquiries, suggestions, and feedback from attendees, and relay these insights to the marketing and management teams for continuous improvement.
- Promotion of Special Offers:
- Share information about ongoing promotions, discounts, and upcoming events to encourage sign-ups and participation.
- Professionalism:
- Represent the company professionally at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a Brand Ambassador role (preferred)
- Enthusiasm for children's sports and a basic understanding of soccer.
- Ability to initiate conversations and engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
