As an IT Support Technician, you will support multiple sites throughout Trevose, Doylestown and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for day-to-day operations and troubleshooting multiple sites both remote and on-site. Duties will require traveling on-site to locations to perform certain tasks. Environment is MS Windows based with varying mobile technologies site to site.
IT Support Technician Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Some relevant IT support experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and support technical issues both remotely and on-site
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Network component familiarization/connectivity
- Wireless (Ruckus) experience a plus
