• Scanning personnel files -gt; Electronic filing to on-base -gt; then shredding
• Tracking and updating employee accruals
• Tracking and Updating Employee Anniversary list
• New Hires: scheduling interviews, fingerprints, physicals, and orientation
• Organize and Run orientation and on-boarding process
• Draft and send employee related letters: hiring, health care, etc
• Manage Retiree / PT Dental and Vision payments,
• Manage Retiree / PT Dental and Vision rate increases and annual letters/ remmitance slips
• Assist with Work Place scheduling
• Track active Covid-19 cases/quarantine
• Prepare seasonal orientation amp; day of
• Process Workplace invoices
• Process Dental and Vision Invoices
• Processing Bi-weekly Payroll
• Process and send payroll bi-weekly reports on monthly basis
• Process deferred comp reports
• Create payroll authorization labels for ED to sign off
• Prepare and Reconcile Monthly Bank Statements: Revenue Fund, Flex, Payroll, A/P
• Upload GL payroll files
• Upload bi-weekly Accrual Reports to GTM drive
• Prepare Unemployment and Retirement wage requests
• Tracking Annual Training Acknowledgment forms and emergency Contact Updates, then scanning and filing to on-base
• Review and Update Yearly ACA 1094/1095C forms
• Quarterly Tax Reconciliation
• Review w-2's
• Processing yearly payouts
• Retirement enrollment
• Process for employees Retiring
• Health Benefits Enrollment/Changes/Termination
