Plans and prepares production In collaboration with Master Scheduler for manufacture of industrial or commercial products by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Workflow Planning: Systematically plans workflows for each department, aligning with established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Efficient Coordination: Coordinates seamlessly with Purchasing to manage Sub Contract Services effectively.
- Documentation Expertise: Manages the completion of essential shipping paperwork (C of Cās, Data Packs, etc.) in collaboration with QA to ensure adherence to shipment dates.
- Inventory Validation: Validates crucial inventory transactions, such as materials issued to the work order and completed parts to Finished Goods.
- Real-time Job Tracking: Maintains up-to-date status reports for all assigned jobs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Quality Assurance: Conducts thorough examinations of outgoing shipments to guarantee compliance with specified quality standards.
- Proactive Communication: Informs Program Management promptly about job statuses and addresses any potential issues that could impact on-time delivery.
- Optimized Production Sequencing: Plans the sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations to provide clear guidance to production workers.
- Operational Coordination: Actively communicates with area supervisors to expedite product delivery, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Project Status Assessment: Confers with department supervisors to assess the status of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with timelines.
- Adaptive Scheduling: Proactively expedites operations causing delays and adjusts schedules to accommodate unforeseen conditions, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Detailed Reporting: Prepares comprehensive production reports, offering insights into key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Professional Accountability: Demonstrates responsibility and accountability by consistently adhering to Granite State Manufacturing policies and safety practices, ensuring a professional, safe, and clean work environment.
